Cambridge Companions Online (CCO)
CCO provides full-text access to Cambridge Companions in literature, classics, philosophy, religion, and history. FUC Library is eligible to use 286 e-books in the database.

Containing more than 30,000 titles and 70% of the collection are published after 2000. The main five subjects are: Business & Economics, Computer & Technology, Arts & Humanities, Life & Natural Sciences, Social & Behavioral Sciences.

Early English Books Online (EEBO)
The database contains about 100,000 of over 125,000 titles listed in Pollard & Redgrave's Short-Title Catalogue (1475-1640) and Wing's Short-Title Catalogue (1641-1700) and their revised editions, as well as the Thomason Tracts (1640-1661) collection and the Early English Books Tract Supplement. Subject coverage includes: English literature, history, philosophy, linguistics, theology, music, fine arts, education, mathematics, and science.

Lectrix
A powerful online tool designed to help students read Greek and Latin texts in the original language. It offers a basic linguistic commentary to guide students in their reading of these often complex works; an electronic dictionary and parser; an English translation; and a library of web pages providing background information on grammar and context.

NetLibrary
More than 60,000 electronic books are available for consortium members. Scholarly books with different subject areas are included as well as general books. Ebooks can be browsed or checked out for online use within 24 hours, meaning no other person can browse this title after it is checked out. To check out an e-book online, you have to create a free account (within campus IP) first.  

Orlando
The database provides bibliographies on over 800 British women writers, as well as related material on literary, social and historical events, male writers and non-British women writers. Time spans from early medieval to the present.

Electronic books published by John Wiley & Sons. Currently we subscribed 320 titles, including General Engineering, Communication Technology and Chemistry.

Grolier Online
An Encyclopedia Database, the library’s subscriptions are Encyclopedia Americana, Grolier multimedai encyclopedia online, Lands and Peoples, The New Book of Knowledge, Scientific American Archive Online.

Credo Reference
xreferplus offers reference works, including encyclopedia, dictionaries…ect, with variety of subject areas.

SAGE eReference
An online collection of 47 encyclopedias from Sage Publications. Subject coverage includes science and social science. Users may browse by title or subject, or may search across all titles.
